We were the customer first.
Raechal AI started by noticing the obvious: everyone was shifting from Google to generative engines like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Grok. Discovery had moved. Most SEO playbooks hadn't.
So we paid the going rate to figure it out. Thousands of dollars across the most-recommended platforms. None of them were transparent. The whole AI-search loop was a black box that everyone in the industry was quietly trying to crack on the side.
We decided to build something for ourselves.
At first it was just a web app for the team — a way to audit our own site, fix our own gaps, and stop paying for opaque dashboards. It got better fast. After a few months of iterating on it internally, we realised the same loop was trapping every founder, indie maker, and small e-commerce brand we knew.
The people misguided just like us deserved to rank too.
